What to prepare for setup
- Your most common customer questions, current prices, opening hours and policies.
- A person who can approve your business information and handle customer requests.
- Access to publish the widget on your website, plus the hostnames where it should work.
- For WhatsApp: an eligible business number and access to its Meta business account. Connection and delivery must be verified separately.
Your setup is ready for activation when knowledge is approved, preview replies are checked and the published widget is verified. Saving a domain or creating an account does not confirm installation or activate billing.

What do I pay today?
Account creation and self-service setup have no setup charge. Your first monthly payment is collected through Stripe only after you confirm readiness and authorize a subscription. Optional done-for-you setup is charged separately after scope approval.
Can I get help during self-setup?
You can choose done-for-you setup before confirming activation readiness. The RM499 fee buys the defined setup service; extra integrations or custom work need a separate approved quote.
What happens after activation?
Manage knowledge, conversations, usage and billing in your workspace. Extra usage is disabled by default and requires prepaid funds and your authorization. Cancel renewal in the billing portal; service continues through the paid period.
